    If you love a professional customer oriented business, DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE! I have filed taxes for over 2 decades and this is by far the WORST tax preparer I've ever gone to! They are completely disorganized, price they quote isn't what is finally charged, they were not responsive in communication at all which was shocking especially since they delayed starting our taxes until the DAY BEFORE taxes are due. It was difficult getting an appointment because it has to be done through a portal system, they send automated replies about 'progress' that are inaccurate, and to put it bluntly, complete lies...Plus, once we were are able to finally get an appointment they don't show up! I was shocked about how terrible this place was. I typically give business ***** due to human error, etc....but this place tested my patience the worst I've ever been tested. I'm not sure if their clientele are mostly or all impoverished or uneducated people that may accept unprofessional, but NO ONE should be comfortable or accepting of this type of unprofessionalism. I'm hoping to save at least one person from going through the h*** I just went through.
