    Appeal ****** *************************** to macsappeal 1 hour agoDetails January 28, 2023 the metro access driver put me in fear of my safety and wellness because he intentionally drove the metro access van to the wrong address, the driver intentionally drove the van to a rear side of the building during dark time hours. I specifically told the driver and pointed to the well lit colorful building signs to where the drop off location is. The driver drove to a dark abandoned part of the building that was definitely off the grid and this is the exact same driver that I called Montgomery county police due to the same exact driver metro access paired me with. They are both foreigners or maybe they are ***** American males but I think they are foreigners and they both are ***** **** skin they both have bald heads they both have round oval shaped craniums and if any dispatch as far as 911 asks me to give the best detailed description of the suspect I would give them the same exact previous description that I just typed. When law enforcement talks they always say for example ***** male 4 ft 7 inches tall wearing a gray sweater and yellow pants, these are descriptions describing a person of interest even if someone is using an online dating service they always describe themselves. Attached is a copy of the first incident that the driver did which was driving and parking to a parking lot and hthekJanuary 20, 2023 had a change of heart and drove me to my drop off location. My ridership with metro access has been a hard time every time I get a foreigner male driver it is always trouble and problems with them towards me I never do anything for them to mistreat me I simply board the vehicle and ride with my headphones on. It is always the drivers doing something bad towards me causing an uncomfortable ridership for me. Everytime it is the drivers fault. The driver thought that I was going to file a complaint against him therefore he wanted to be competitive and file his.

    MEtro access is committing fraud. they are terrible they deduct funds from you and no show topick you up. this has happened numerous times. I want someone to get to the bottom of this. my mother is elderly and she gets left frequently its really sad how people dont care about the vulnerable. my mother depends on metro access to get to and from dialysis. they have also been sending wrong vehicles sedans when she orders wheelchair vans. this company is terrible and when you try to complain and call the phone number they hang up the call. i tried 5 times. Someone answers the calls and hangs up. i want answers if this is happening to my mother and she has me to advocate for her imagine how many people are getting the same treatment.
