    i requested a canopy , chairs , tables lighrs for my event dated for 5.20.23 a quote was given to me i requested for a site visit for measurement of my backyard and correct sizes of canopies i paid for the service. a site visit employee came and i told him exactly the set up and what i expected on the site and that a bouncer will be placed on the property and the exact location of the bouncer to aalow him to have the accurate canopy size. on THURDAY THEY CAME TO INSTALL CANOPY, THE WRONG SIZE WAS BROUGHT THAT OCCUPIED THE ENTIRE PROPERY LEAVING NO ROOM FOR THE BOUNCER I TOLD THEM THIS WAS NOT THE PLAN AS INSTRUCTED TO THE SITE VISIT GUY. THE CANOPY WAS RETURNED NO OTHER CANOPY WAS BROGHT FOR MY EVENT I CALLED,SEND TEXT MESSAGES, E MAILS, NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS THEY BLOCK MY NUMBERS.I COULD NOT REACH THEM SINCE FRIDAY 5.19. MY EVENT WAS MESSED UP,THE RAIN CAUSED ME HEADACHES MY SON'S DAY WAS A RUINED I AM DEPRESSED, I PAIND THEM IN FULL BEFORE THE EVENT THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER SEEN .I WANT TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN HELP WITH BEFORE I FILE A LAW SUIT AGAIST THEM I AM SEEKING DAMAGES THANK YOU *******************************
