    10/19/2023 I came to Macs tire waited an hour to be serviced and once I was done I was held at the business for an additional hour due to them only have one way out and the car in front of us was still getting serviced when we told them we had an emergency and asked if he could pull the car to the side we was told to be patient everybody has to wait to leave after already paying for my service

    Hello, apologies for the delayed response.    Usually with a complaint such as this we would review the cameras to see if there was an extended amount of time that customer waited however, we searched our system and have no record of this customer coming in for **********************.  This means they most likely didn't leave their name or phone number.  The only way for us to determine what service was ******** provided and paid for is for the the customer to provide a copy of an actual invoice.  We only have 1 service bay.  Unfortunately, this means that sometimes a vehicle is complete before the vehicle that is ahead of it in line.  There is no way to determine this prior to the commencement of the service.  We respectfully request that this copmplaint is listed as resolved as we will provide a detailed response to her review below.  Please feel free to reach our to ****************************** if additional information is needed.  Thank you!

    Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit.  Unfortunately, we only have 1 service bay and we can cannot guarantee what type of service a customer will need prior to the commencement of that service.   Unfortunately, this means that sometimes a vehicle is complete before the vehicle that is ahead of it in line.  We aim to provide the same high level of service whether a customer is having a repair done or if they are purchasing a new tire and are unable to stop in the process of completing a service, to move a vehicle to let another customer exit.   We appreciate you sharing your feedback.  Your concerns will assist us as we aim to improve our accessibility and customer experience.
