    I enrolled in a ******** certification program endorsed by AHIP on June 8, 2023, with the program scheduled to conclude on June 16, 2023. While purchasing the program, the representative failed to inform me that it would expire within a week for the 2023 training. Today, upon accessing my modules, I discovered they were deactivated and expired. I contacted the representatives who expressed their inability to help, thus rendering the $175 I paid for the course and certification as a loss. Additionally, all the progress I made was also wasted. Even after escalating the matter to a supervisor, there was no willingness to offer relief or credit for 2024. This situation seems unfair, given that certifications typically take weeks or months. Had I known the program's short duration, I would have waited to ensure a year's worth of access. I hope that the Better Business Bureau can intervene on my behalf, either securing a refund or arranging a credit for the promised certification. This appears to be an unjust business practice.

    Approximately over the last year I have received assist through my medical insurance for medical care. The case manager scheduled an appointment one week ago and didnt show up for the appointment for urgent medical assistance assessment .
