  I am very disappointed in the service I have recently been receiving. I signed a lease in September was told there was a promotion for October that the rent would be fee and I would have to pay again November. I paid my rent on November 4th to my surprise I get a letter at my door with an eviction notice for not paying OCTOBER rent on November 8th.The lady that drop this later off on the door had an stack of papers for other homes as well. So to my surprise I’m wondering how it is now November 8th and I am getting an notification about October I called the office ***** answering and stated that I did not have any proof that I was giving a promotion for October. I let her know that it was posted on the Princeton portal she told me it’s no way I would have access to the portal until October which is wrong because I was communicating with office since August which I have the documentation.***** told me there was nothing I could without the documentation of the promotion and told me I had to pay for October after I just paid over 2,000 for November! I also let her know that even the conservice had no statements until November there is still no statement for October posted. I had to move things around and pay another $2,000 due to a error of Princeton place which completely wrong and actually very hurtful I was on the phone crying because I just paid 4 days prior and was told by ***** that there was nothing that could be done. My neighbor moved in a few weeks after me and just moved out due to this same reason . Fast forward I emailed in July before paying my deposit asking if there would be a fee to get the porch screened in so I could pay it then,I was told no there was no fee , it had to be ordered and it would be here in the fall. It is now pass the fall and to my surprise still no screen . I contacted the front desk and once again ***** told me the information I was wrong these homes weren’t even built before I moved in ! and it would be $40 a month.
