    Last year I purchased her program which was to last for a year. 9/1/21 - 9/1/22. I never went on her website because her email stated that I should download the app and use it that way. A year went by, I barely used the program because I realized it wasn't good at all. I assumed that it would end by 9/1/22 and I wasn't planning on renewing/rebuying for an additional year because I didn't like it. Today I just saw a charge on my credit card. They charged me for ANOTHER year without my permission. I emailed them and they said it's a "subscription" and if you don't cancel it, they automatically charge you for another year. They will not be refunding me the money even though I made it clear to them that I had no idea i needed to cancel. This is completely unacceptable. If this is how she runs the program, then she should have sent an email as a reminder/notification that the date is approaching and that they are about to charge me again. To charge somebody and not give them their money back when they email you the day of the charge, is completely unacceptable.
