      This business just be aware. I hired ************ to do two loan projects for my home. One project was the ************* & the other project was for remodeling my kitchen, bathroom, and much more. This man waiting for months to start the project and my deck is still pending to be completed. It's been a year and he has waited too long to complete the work on my home, no kitchen remodeled, the bathroom has not been completed & all the tile was put down but a part of my kitchen is not done and others not completed as well. He makes promises but he never completes the job. My access lights are not completed they need to be fixed to look neat. One of my loan contracts has expired after a year because he never shows up to complete the job. He's always having problems with his employees because he does not pay them or does not pay them well per discussion with his employees who have worked at my home. I just filed a case with the **** which is the MD home improvement commission, because for the 1st loan w/the Deck, I signed the contract and he was paid and never installed the awning. This is what he said, since the other contract has expired due to him, I would need to pay him on the loan that I paid him in full. This is not right in the other contract I can see but it was his fault all around. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE HIRING HIM AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LAWYER AND KEEP ALL YOUR TEXTS AND EMAILS PLEASE COMMUNICATED THIS WAY JUST IN CASE YOU NEED TO FILE SOMETHING ON *********** YOU WILL HAVE A CASE TO WORK WITH, WITH PROOF. I HAVE A BOOK ON TEXT MSSG AND EMAILS, THANK GOD. AM A VERY UNSATIFIELD CUSTOMER.
