      Do not use this company!!! their regrout services do not hold up over time. Our service was done in February 2024 and had to be retouched in April. Now their product is failing again and I get no response from the company from my emails or phone messages. The worst contractor I've ever worked with in Delaware.

      Sir Grout's "ColorSeal" product is not durable and absolutely not worth the cost. I had it applied to our shower. It is guaranteed 12 months. After 14 months it began to crack, peal and come loose. I called and they said they would give a repair estimate but could not fix as part of warranty. They said they're firm, even out of warranty by 1 day would not be honored. They tried to sell me an annual maintenance contract which I declined. I asked for the owners phone number, they wouldn't provide it. I called their corporate office, same warranty stand, same denial to talk to owner or anyone else higher up and same attempt to sell maintenance contract. Sir Grout is a closed loop business, you have no recourse after you buy. Beware of the ColorSeal product as it's apparently a short term planned obsolescence product applied to surfaces so that they then require routine maintenance from.....Sir Grout.

      Please beware of this company! Sir Grout performed way below par work on our custom walk-in shower. The clean finish you like to see when work is completed was not evident. They tried scamming us by attempting to send a worker who was not a part of the original job to complete something they should have done in the first place.

      After a follow-up site visits from Sir Grout's franchise entrepreneur, he/she still neglected to complete one of three remaining items stated in the scope of work outlined in the contract. Instead, there were repeated excuses why they could not finish and clean shower cleaning residue left on shower items. Sir Grout provided a written "12 month warranty on sealant" on their work order and refused to comply.

      We had prior shower tile grout restoration done and were completely satisfied. Due to the pandemic, that company is no longer in business.

      Besides arriving late for the job, customer service satisfaction is not a goal objective for this specific franchise. Selling excuses is not how business is done. Buyer beware.

      We are doing the follow-up cleaning in the shower ourselves.
