      February 2023, purchased item and immediately realized it was the wrong size. Checked the cancellation and return policy. Cancellation policy says, "if contacted within 12 hours of the order being placed, your order will be cancelled." I sent the request for cancellation immediately. Five minutes had passed since the order. No email or phone call from the company to confirm cancellation. I phoned them and emailed them daily for four days. Only an answering service no matter what time of day I call. Received an email saying they confirmed my order. Once again, called them and left a message noting that this would be reported since they went no contact and no response when I asked for a remedy that they advertise openly on their site.

      -I ordered a dress from SA Styles on January 2nd in the amount of $139.99 and received a confirmation email with order number ORDER #13315.
      -On Jan 20th, I send an email asking what the ETA of the dress was.
      -On Jan 24th, they replied saying they were behind schedule but now are on track and that I will get an update ASAP.
      -On Feb 10th, I had not heard from them so I went and googled other people's experience and there were many complains of people never receiving their order or taking months to receive it and that they were terrible with refunds, so I emailed again and said if I did not receive my order with in a week, I would report them and dispute my charge.
      -On Feb 15thm having not heard from them or receive any emails with tracking number, I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. As of today, I have not heard from them.

      This company is a scam. I’ve been trying to get a refund of a tracking number for weeks now. I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from this website. I informed them that what they’re doing is also wire fraud which is a federal crime.

      I ordered a dress and shirt from SA Styles Official. I was sent a fake tracking number, have never received the goods, no emails or phone calls are returned, complete silence. This company has an Instagram presence that is still active and selling things. My credit card was charged but nothing has come and it's been over a month.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Please find order number here: # 12534I have written to the company so many times with my order number and they gave a blanket once with no information. My goods have still not been received and nothing has been refunded.
