    I placed an order for $614.24 on Aug 9, 2023. As noted on the website, special orders would take up-to 10 business days to ship out and pre-orders would ship out as soon as they arrive to their facility. My order contained both so that meant it would take longer. However, I had reached out to HobbyJets several times via their contact forum and emailed directly about 3-4 times. Still no response, or whereabouts of the order status. I lost complete faith and had to dispute and purchased same order with another company. They were however responsive and cordial throughout the entire process, as how any business taking your money should be behaving. I suggest everyone to stay away from this merchant, extremely unprofessional. Waste of time and all they only know how to take your money.
