      Provided poor service. After multiple visit for treating the property by Ehrlich Pest Control, the client reported still see pest in the house. When informing Ehrlich Pest Control about the situation, they eventually stop responding. This is a pest control company I would not recommend using.

      I regret that you've had a poor experience with our company. I've tried to locate your account and am unable to do so. After closer review, the zip code you entered is 19713. This zip code is for Newark, DE and is out of Delmarva's service area. We service from Dover to the Bay Bridge on the Eastern Shore.       Ehrlich Pest Control is a complete rip off. I contacted them to see if they assist with identifying entry points for mice. They assured me that they could assist me and I would receive 2 visits. During the 1st visit, the gentleman did advise me of some possible entry points and he put down some bait boxes. He also advised me that I would receive an email with recommendations. I never received the email. However, they took the entire $423.00 out of my account immediately. Not half for the so called 1st service, but the fee for the 2nd service was also taken.

      On the 2nd visit, the person checked the bait boxes, THAT’S IT…. I could have done that myself for free. The exact same problem still exist with no change at all. Our current methods were working better than theirs. The block they use is the same ones we were already using.

      I called to complain and was told that someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. That didn’t happen. I called again and was given the same line. This is horrible customer service and a complete rip off for doing nothing more than what I can purchase from the hardware store myself. All they want to do is convince you to take a contract with them so they give you some courtesy spray for insects, then when I called they tried to make it sound like I requested it so it was a part of my package.

      Do not use this company for mice control because you get next to nothing for all of the money they charge.
