I ordered a part from EMW and when I got the shipping notice they had inputted the incorrect zip code. Should have been an ez fix but despite me sending them the original invoice with the correct address Carl would not accept responsibility and cancelled my order because he was upset that I proved the mistake was on them. I would suggest not buying from them.

This was on online transaction and customer entered the wrong ship to information. We shipped to the address that was provided. When customer alerted us to the issue, he was combative and used inappropriate language towards our customer service representative. For this reason EMW cancelled the order, bore financial responsibility for the shipping cost, and issued a full credit as we are not interested in doing business with abusive customers.
