    In the process of a bank HELOC pentagon federal credit union hired D.A. Gladden RE & Appraisal assoc inc. on 6Aug2022 Mr ****** meet me at my home for the appraisal we spoke briefly on a few items of the home. I received a low appraisal on home and was disqualified for HELOC. I spoke to Alex Gladden who stated that I can challenge the appraisal with new information. I sent current info from a local real estate broker which did not change Mr ****** appraisal price.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.
    I don’t agree with response. Looking at his email and the amount I paid for appraisal and what the bank charged.
