  My septic pump failed. I was in a bad place with my drain lines backed up. Paul came out and worked his magic. He is very kind and explained everything that happened. The price was great! I will recommend Septic Masters to everyone, they are best in the business.

  Septic Masters installed my septic system and did a phenomenal job. Professional, punctual and great quality! All the guys were great to work with from Paul to James and Jamie. They provided a great report with pictures of the install and are true to their promise of providing the "most professional experience ever!" Highly recommend.

  I have Septic Masters pump my system every 2 years. Very hard working team and always professional. I have recommended them to many of my friends who also use them.

  Terrible experience with Septic Masters. They were expensive with lots of hidden fees. For example, you are told one price on the telephone but when you get your bill at the end, you are charged additional fees that were not disclosed earlier. I had a routine maintenance call with no problems to report; however, I paid about $75 more than anticipated with their surprise fees. In addition, Service Masters left to empty their truck partially through the service; this took two hours for the driver to return to finish the job. When I called the company to question the fees, I was basically told that (1.) they are a business and have to make money, and (2.) I should be grateful that Septic Masters is performing this service for me. I have had this same septic service provided for me annually with another company for over 15 years with the exact similar conditions; with Service Masters, I paid a lot of money for it, had an incredibly inconvenient time delay, and experienced poor customer service. I would not recommend Service Masters to my neighbors, friends, or family.

  Poor quality of service they assume their customers don't know anything so they can install parts that are not required to charge people more money and when called out on it and unable to provide proof they say deal with it pay the bill. They claim to be professionals while their employees smoke the whole time throwing left over cigarettes buds in the yard and constantly win the phone checking football while I pay hourly. Highly unrecommended any other company would be a better choice.
