    Until Karla Ortiz is no longer the leasing manager STAY AWAY! By far the WORSE leasing manager since 2014. She rarely answered the office phone, don’t bother leaving a voicemail because she doesn’t check them and has been saying she doesn’t know how for the past three years, she makes tenants call service companies for repairs to the washers and dryers, the exhaust fans need to be updated in the bathrooms and when mold is present in the bathrooms she blames the tenants uncleanliness, she got rid of the maintenance request website to schedule maintenance repairs…now you have to call (good luck with that) or send an email (hit or miss if she responds to them) and she only sends the exterminator out if there’s an infestation in the building. Maintenance is SUPPOSED to be on call 24/7 but IF they answer the phone they’ll say they’re on the way but never show up. She also allows dogs to walk leash free with no repercussions even after being informed of this. If you can help it do not rent here…at least while Karla Ortiz is here. This complex used to be pleasant until she took over
