      I have stayed at this apartment complex going on 4 years at this point. I am not a person who demands much from leasing companies, but the service I have received to date has been horrendous. I have dealt with what appears to be black mold, outdated appliances, and poor service. I am here today because, although the leasing office doesn't close until 4:00 pm I put in a service request around 2:30 pm and called around 3:30 pm and nobody was available. My AC has been on 74 running for hours, but my apartment temp is 81. The outside temps peaked at 90 today. Yet when I finally got through to the answering device (after 4) i had to argue with the lady who told me that the temperature in my area was not what I said it was. So at this time I have yet to receive help.
