      COMPLETE SCAM! Horrible customer service, doesn't cover anything. Contract states all the parts it covers in BOLD LETTERING followed by all the reasons they wont cover that part.

      Continental warranty is a scam, I needed work done on my vehicle and ended up paying out of pocket for it because they would not cover the parts. I reached out to the manager Mike ext. 109 and was told many times that I was basically SOL. I was advised when I purchased the warranty that I had the highest coverage and everything would be great. The one time I need it, I automatically get told nope, that’s not covered. I was beyond upset with this company and how they nitpick apart your coverage so they don’t have to cover certain parts. I believe this warranty company is a scam. With horrendous customer service as well. If I treated my customers the way Mike treated me, I’d be fired. Buyer beware!!!

      This company sucks it's the biggest scam ever paid 4000 for the warranty. Took my truck for transmission issues and the warranty says they cover it . But guess what come up with excuses why they won. They are thieves. Also won't let me 0 star them that's why they get 1.

      I purchased warranty when I bought my truck. It covers nothing. It covered 10% of the labor cost and 80% of starter. I have to get another warranty to cover these fools.

      Do not purchase from this company. Contract states a part is covered and when you make a claim Continental will not approve warranty work. This company is a scam stay away.

      I had purchased a 2018 Jaguar F Pace 20d back in Apr this year. I was told about the warranty from Continental that would cover my vehicle. The car had cut off on me and would not restart. I had the vehicle towed to a repair shop. The repair shop told me that the timing chain had broken and the vehicle would need have the engine replace. A replacement engine could not be found to for under the liability limit the warranty covers. The only option is to have a new engine purchased. This would make me responsible for over $15,000 to complete the repair. I have not even put 10,000 miles on the vehicle before this issue developed. I don't see how this is my fault and the warranty company has not been in touch with me to discuss other options since this issue developed. I feel that I have been not treated as a valued customer and it defeats the purpose for purchasing an extended warranty to protect me against this type of repair and the associated out of pocket cost. Very disappointed in the service that was purchased.

      I purchased this warranty through a dealership when I bought a car. It is garbage! Many times something should have been covered (like parts) and wasn’t. I even called ahead to pre authorize and got approval. Then, they covered absolutely nothing on the repairs. This has happened three times now. I cancelled what was left of the warranty.

      Would not warranty my truck transmission after 20,000 miles. Said I had no service receipts for said transmission. Why would I have service receipts on a transmission after 20,000?! Dealer said it was part failure, but they still refuse to honor warranty. Company is a joke

      I tried to cancel my agreement after having two things go wrong with my car and they said neither was warranty related. This service is way to expensive to not cover anything. When I asked to cancel, they said they couldn't help me. Had to go through the dealership I bought it from which went out of business. This place is a scam.
