8/27/24 Contract signed. Was told work would start in October 2024.
12/2/24 Work began. Started removing basement steps.
12/8/24 Work completed after rainy weather.
Inferior work done on basement steps. All steps different size, height and width and distance between each step. Muddy concrete slapped in corners.
Basement wall on right of steps not level
Puddling on landing of deck stairs, ramp and basement steps.

The steps are to code and one side of the wall was uneven the old steps were not to code and the concrete was poured the right way and there was no mud along wall and if there was mud it was from our boots so the job was done right we poured the steps to codeCustomer Answer

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The basement steps are not uniform and are different depths, height and size and the wall on right of basement steps is crooked and puddling on steps when it rains and puddling on landing if deck and steps on deck. Sloppy mud in corners of all steps and sloppy mud at bottom of deck ramp. Need to confirm next steps is to file a complaint with contractor licensing bureau and file a claim via small claims court.

Every thing is to code and the other steps that were in there were not to code and the mud I can not control every thing was done right
