    This business says it “works” with Allstate insurance on homeowners’ claims. Upfront, the contractor promised work would be done in 1-2 months. Upfront, the contractor claimed to fix multiple things impacted (an elderly man driving his car, hit reverse, had a ‘medical issue’ and crashed his car into my parked car and continued onto my lawn before smashing into the side of my home. Subfloor, a weight bearing beam, siding, my interior wall, baseboard, and basement ceiling were damaged. This contractor showed up at the scene. Boarded up the side of my home and made promises. My family and our dog was left in a hotel for 4 months. Floor replacement options didn’t come my way until 2 months in and the order wasn’t placed until weeks after that. I have wood stained paint on my wall and on my railing leading me to believe not all of the flooring is even what I ordered. My basement was left a mess. The floorboard throughout my living area was not replaced as I was told it would be with the floor. The floorboard molding where the crash happened was terribly fixed. I had to ask for it to be fixed multiple times. My siding (which “they knew a guy and could get it right away”) still isn’t “in.” The floor worker cut the flooring at my front door, left it, and we arrived home to a nest of carpenter bees!! My husband was stung 5 times trying to get rid of them. A contract worker mentioned getting calls on water damage while at my house. I was left in a hotel while they took in other jobs. I have photos and emails proving incompetence. My car was totaled. I lost deductible money. My home was not fixed in a timely or professional manner. I feel scammed.
