April 2021 i spent in all a total of 6,700$ on a mobile app. This company is part of Digiliate INC. I was promised my app would be done by now. Its January 2023 and this company is dragging me along telling me theres always a problem. Thats why its taking so long. I initially talked with a ******** ********. He sold me on using there company to design my app. Little did i know i would have to jump through hoops to get it. This company will never pick up the phone when i call. I called 10 time today before i got a answer from a **** ******. This company was fast at making me a logo and sending me a quick demo of my app. After that they stalled and stalled. When i asked could i get my app code to send another developer to actually finish it. They sent me a contract to sign saying that when i send them the finished app back. That they would not handle the updating on the app in the future. I think that is very bogus being that they seem like they just have a unfinished app and are stalling me so they dont have to do anything. They basically want to be paid all 6700$ and not even update it for me to fix bugs and make changes on the app. I told them i just need the code to have someone finish then give it back to them for future updates. But no they want to take my money and run. Thats what it feels like. I need a investigation on this company. I found them on bark. And they are professional tech guy scammers and liars. I told family and friends about my app and now im too ashamed to mention it now. I feel mentally broken from this. Dont want to work with any developers i cant talk to in person anymore. Please can you guys help me out. They are doing bad business and i dont want the next person to be a victim!Initial Complaint

I contacted this company to produce a logo. I sent them payment and they began the process. After receiving the first designs, of which I was told would be sent for my approval, I contacted them about changes. I was then told new designs would be sent for approval. Once the second set was received, with the same type of problem as the first, I asked for a refund. I was contacted by ***** ******* and was told he would see to it the new designs would be to me liking. The third set was sent from **** *****. The changes had the same issues as the first two sets. When I sent an email and left phone messages all communication stopped.Initial Complaint

This company is make my miserable. More than two years ago, I have contacted this company(that time it was Xtreme design house) for initially one project with is an online education platform for Africa. The project manager was ******. After more than 2 years the project is a mess, I am give you the option to see their work(www.prewaveacademy.com). The platform went down the day of my presentation to the authorities of the country Burkina Faso, this situation made me lose $35K with the Country.
Before the presentation, mister ****** who I thought was a good person and wanted to help me, convince me to give them my mobile application for food and groceries delivery. On march 2021, we signed the contract by I found out later that mister ******** *** ******* lied to me and what they offered me was not what we agreed on the Phone. We changed the scope of the work and ******* step down and gave the project to someone else. That person was nice and even show me that what I want is not what is in the contract. Since August 2021, the total cost of the application double the amount Mister ******** gave me( but the cost is still okay).
My problem with this company(they are working good with low customer) is the timeline. Initially the timeline was 6 months, then by august when we change the scope the new manager gave me to early April 2022 for the app to be launched. I even had a meeting with ********, ******* and everyone. Early April to today the application is not live and the rider application is not even on google or playstore.
My third experience with this company is I have them my third project(a bill payment application) the contract was signed in December 2022 for 6 months contract but still now, I have not seen the alpha version of the application.
They keep repeating that it’s different team but none of my projects is completely done.
I do understand they are offering good price but my case I am suffering of the delay. ******** does not respond.Initial Complaint

I chose Downtown Design Service through Bark to design a application, in January 2020, since then I have given them the sum of 10.000.00 dollars, they have not delivered the requested service as of to date and have stopped all with me communication , I drove a 100 plus miles to investigate this company and they were not at the location on their cite,
