    I have been attempting to get a poorly installed fence corrected to no avail. This has been going on since November 2022. Lowes in Camden, DE does not desire to correct their contractor’s, Affordable Fence, LLC, 302-922-3761, poor workmanship.

    I am paying over 9k for this terrible job and no one appears to care that the customer is being screwed and none of it was caused by the customer. The installers ( Affordable Fencing) never expressed prior to installing fence that my landscape may cause a problem; however, after installation my landscaping was the reason that my fence is uneven at top and bottom. It is an eyesore!

    There are two different size gates on this fence which has nothing to do with landscaping and everything to do with not doing the job properly. It was never explained to me that I would have two different sized gates on my fencing and it would uneven. No one would agree to that and Affordable Fencing representatives never told me that my fencing would or possibly look like it does. I was not informed of any problems until job was complete. Also Affordable Fence and a Lowe’s installation representative charged me an additional $2200.00 cash payment because my neighbor did not adjoining fences.

    The Lowe’s representative stated that Lowes would charge $4400.00 for 11 fence panels and that he and Affordable Fence can do it for half of that.

    I wound really like my fence corrected as soon as possible and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
