      Never buy or service your boat with this company. Durning the purchase of the boat we had to call the finance manager several times to get the requirements to apply for a loan. After a week and a half, she sent the requirements in an email. After two weeks with no calls or messages, we called to see who the loan was with and the terms. Emailed and called several times to the finance manager and the salesman. Finally, my husband called the owner who got his staff to respond. Finance manager asked me for my info again as she said her "computer lost the info. so, basicity no loan was applied for. or acted on.I told her to forget it we would pay cash. Boat was delivered after more back and forth and us calling repeatedly to schedule delivery. My husband made note of the gps/depth finder/ gas gauge not working. on the deliver paperwork and was told we would be contacted to schedule to have it go back for these items to be fixed. A Month later and several voice mails later they picked up the boat. (They were told to leave it in the water for our use until they were ready to work on it. It was picked up July 13th. On July 19th we hadn't heard back my husband called at 8:30 am and was told the service manager was moving a boat and he would call my husband back. July 20th 11:30 am still no call, so I call, once again we were asked to leave a message as the Service Manager S***E was moving a boat. 1:30 I call again, and he gets on. tells me they haven't looked at it yet and it will be sometime next week. I asked S***E why it was picked up when we instructed to not pick it up until they were ready to work on it. he replied oh the service tech must be having trouble with the boat before yours. TWO WEEKS trouble. I don't think so. he replied Ill try to get your to be next one worked on. mmmm S***E I thought we were next? now you're going to try to get them to work on it next. S***E if you're going to lie at least keep your lies straight.

      I had thought that buying a new boat is never expected to be a completely hassle free, nor is it always easy to work with the sales team to get what you want. Rudy Marine proved me wrong. From the moment I first contacted them, they have been responsive, helpful, courteous, patient, and professional.

      They have provided the best customer experience I have ever had when dealing with anyone in the boat sales industry. in addition to the amazing customer service, their pricing is very competitive. The quality of service matters a lot to me, and between their top quality service and their prices - one cannot go wrong by choosing Rudy Marine!

      Purchased my first boat a couple weeks ago from Rudy Marine. Jim my salesman was fantastic....stood outside in the hot sun on a 95 degree day up in the boat, answering any and all questions and never once was pushy or added pressure. The whole buying experience was seamless & a pleasure. Beautiful facility and even better staff!! Tom and his team truly make you feel like family. Thanks to Tom, Jim, Terry & Harvey!!
