      The operating partner did an home inspection & has done a poor/improper assessment. Firstly claiming moisture found at an old(13 + year old) stain in a ceiling tile claiming moisture found. In 13 yrs theres NEVER been moisture there & impossible completely since the entire roof has been professionally replaced about 4-5 years ago. Secondly as an inspector; maybe could be qualified, if checking an A/C unit, he would actually use the thermostat thats specifically for the A/C unit not the one for the boiler. The home had been winterized & the boiler lines were drained & was informed that boiler would need a standard servicing to properly operate & unless client was willing to do so that unit would remain winterized & it was NOT serviced. A simple servicing is a filter, check ignitor adjustment ect, basic annual maintenance. This incompetent inspector then claims “the advanced age and/or condition of this unit is such that you will likely need to replace it in the near future”. Well if Todd knew anything, it aint boilers. Bob Willey & Sons has rebuilt all major components of the burner unit over last few years and the owner had replaced both zone specific water pumps so “age and/ or condition” is merely a incompetent inspector not even visually knowing hes looking at barely used primary components in the function of a older but superior designed system that had it been properly serviced as warned by owned, maybe a proper evaluation by an inept inspector could give a accurate documentation of a system since all of this is in a home built in 1946. This contractor needs evaluated as to “age/condition” as the entire home/property falls within “age” as if because its older, that it is an issue, whereas this equipment is in perfect running order, had it been serviced & operated by someone qualified….not judge by age & in a winterized condition. Pathetic work ethics & doesnt need to be in business…….***. Owner
