Morse Roofing replaced my aging gutters.
Did an excellent job. Great communication with the estimator, office coordinator and professional installers.
All work done as scheduled. I am very pleased with the quality and the price.

Excellent experience from the time they arrived to get the tree out of the roof until the last shingle was put in place. *** worked with my insurance company to ensure I was treated fairly, and his guys were prompt and professional.Morse Roofing and Siding

I contacted Morse Roofing the day after wind had damaged the facia siding on the gable of my roof. When I called, I was greeted very professionally and they took my profile information. Since it was the day after a wind storm, I was told that the crews were readied to respond in a triage fashion, to quickly resolve customer's damage and there was a crew in the area which could respond within the hour. WHAT?? A business that puts the customer's interests first!! This had my attention. By the time I got off the phone I had an email in my inbox acknowledging my request and an overview of the company's business practices and what I could expect as a customer. Within the hour I received a call from the crew giving me an ETA. The crew showed up, took pictures and provided a temporary fix to minimize further damage. 20 minutes later it was temporarily fixed with a commitment to return the next day with the exact type of facia siding. By this time a had received another email stating the charge for today's service. The next morning, at the start of the business day, I received a phone call, providing me with the time they would come to finish the job. Arrived on time, completed the job and had the final invoice in my email inbox. Phone & email conversations with admin and dialog with repair crew was courteous & professional. Congratulations Morse Roofing! Your organization is a great roll model on how to run a business. I was particularly impressed with the quick response and follow up with phone communications. Yes, I would definitely use Morse Roofing in the future and would also recommend Morse Roofing to anyone looking for roofing or siding work to be done.Morse Roofing and Siding

Morse has been a pleasure to work with from the first meeting to appraise the condition of my roof and discuss the estimate, materials and procedures to be used through to the completed project and cleanup. I contacted Morse Roofing in March of 2024 to troubleshoot a leak we were experiencing in our master bath. We purchase a “new construction” home built by Evergreen Home Builders and after less than 1.5 years, indications of water intrusion were evident from the ceiling leak in our master bath. Evergreen claimed we were beyond our 1-year warranty for siding and roof “workmanship” coverage. Tom Morse, the owner, personally came out to the homesite to introduce himself to my wife and I, then inspected our home interior (all floors) and exterior for potential water intrusion paths of entry and explained the process of troubleshooting a leak of this nature. Each site visit was documented with pictures and detailed descriptions of work performed and follow up recommendations if said repair did not rectify the leak to fruition. Morse Roofing Team was always professional, prompt and cared for our home as though it was their own. After due diligence, tenacity and much patience (taking into account not performing undo labor to weed out the root cause), I can emphatically state that our leak has now been repaired completely after our last heavy rain and wind gusts up to 40 mph. Morse Roofing has eliminated the stress of our situation for an unexpected major repair within only 1.5 years after closing on our “new construction” build. Thanks to Morse Roofing and their dedicated and professional team for their fair and honest community service.
Last by not least, Tom is a U.S. Veteran and Apache Crew Chief who served and protected our country during the Gulf War. Thank you, Sir, for your exemplary service to our country and continued service to our community.

Morse Roofing Company is an excellent company to work with. They have top notch staff and work crews. Everyone was very communicative with us and kept us informed step of the way from signing of contract all the way through completion of work. They replaced our roof and added filters to our gutters. When workers were at our home, they protected all our shrubs, patio furniture and porch/sidewalk. All debris was cleaned up when work was completed. They even called me to verify that I was happy with their workmanship and to find out if there was anything else that they needed to do.
I highly recommend Morse Roofing Co. They make you feel like a family member and their goal is 100% satisfaction. My score is 10+ stars out of max. 10 stars. .Morse Roofing and Siding

From the moment I spoke to Michelle to submit a request for a repair till I got scheduled by Jessica and Brett came out to do the work, I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism. This is the second time I have used Morse and they are by far the best overall service company I have yet experienced in southern Delaware. They were quick, came to my house in time and are reasonably priced. I recommend Morse for your roofing needs. If you have a new home built in Southern Delaware by one of the large companies, have Morse also come out to check your roof. They found a couple problems previously on mine saving me headaches later on. Great company with great people.Morse Roofing and Siding

We haven’t yet seen it in person because it’s our summer house at the beach. But Morse was attentive and responsive and from the photos looks like they did a great job. They went the extra mile to work on a few additional issues that required them to work with other venders. We highly recommend.Morse Roofing and Siding
