    Once you are out of warranty with them, you are sadly out of luck. Spent almost $2,000 on a lift chair for my husband. When the motor went bad in March, they had me contact a furniture repair guy they recommended. He did not have the proper motor and they needed to order it from England Furniture manufacturer and They have done nothing in 3 months.

    The manufacturer will not ship the motor directly to me so now I have a non-working lift chair sitting in the corner of my room. Customer service is a big fat ZERO.
