Payssport is a company that supposedly operates from the USA. It is used in countries like Guatemala where we cannot transfer money from Paypal to a local bank account. I started a transaction on May 5 and was sent an email that said my money would be in my account in 3 days. As of today, June 6, I have not received my money. They have not given me a real answer as to why. I have made a couple of transactions with them before, and I had a lot of trouble, but it was the only service I knew that does this. I changed devices recently, and I lost access to the account in my new cell phone, but I still have access to it in my old one. I tried emailing them, texting them, and calling them to no avail. It wasn't until I used the word "stolen" in an email that the CEO himself replied with an email suggesting they would take legal actions for me using that word. I left a one star review on the Google AppStore and edited it to delete the word "stolen" as requested by the CEO, ****** ****. They are retaining my money which I already sent from Paypal to the USA bank account they provided. CEO ****** **** has been answering my emails sporadically in a very unpleasant and unprofessional way stating that he will not review my case if I don't take down the one star review. In my opinion, he is extorting me. They say they have thousands of clients around the world, but they have very few reviews which seem fake. I believe this company is registered in the United States, but it's actually operating in Guatemala. When I look up the address provided, ***** * ********* *** *** ***** Dover, DE, 19904-6903 United States, on Google, it appears as a cat hotel or something similar. They asked for my bank statement to prove I hadn't received the money, and I sent it. I am a person with a disability that has trouble finding work, and it is sad that what little money I receive gets lost like this. Their communication is exclusively in Spanish. Please help.
