    This website is a scam. Here's a copy paste of what I just received, which, by the way, is the same I got from another person, from a different company. I'm suspecting that both companies are actually the same, since they work exactly the same way:

    "As I mentioned our quote is based on our previous transportation and it's the lowest possible price. We always do the research with drivers and available offers. So prices might change due to traffic, gas prices and season. "

    What this means is that the quote you get is based on PREVIOUS transportation and is the LOWEST POSSIBLE PRICE... which means: IT IS NOT THE PRICE YOU'LL PAY.

    They quoted me 600$ to move a vehicle I've purchased. Then, when the time came to pickup the car, they jacked the price to 1000$ - I laughed. No way, I told them. Got lucky I understood the amount too: this person was speaking through a pillow. Impossible to understand.

    GetCarrier got me TWO companies that provided me with false "quotes"; their quote being irrelevant.

    I would suggest you put in writing that you accept XXX amount pending the amount does NOT change later down the road.

    Francois, we appreciate your review. However, please understand that we are a broker company, not a carrier company. The message you copy pasted is not about us being the same company with smb else who sent you the message. It’s about a brokerage policy in this market. We can’t guarantee the rate until there is a specific carrier confirmed for pickup matching customer’s schedule and other requirements upon request. It’s written in the Terms and Conditions of every brokerage company, in ours too. Nevertheless, it’s always up to the Customer’s confirmation. So if there is any penny change on the quoted price, it’s up to Customer’s consideration to accept or to decline the option. If the Client declines, it’s all good, we just keep working on getting another confirmation.

    This company quoted a price that was not what they listed, which was more. Upon having another request that was reasonable from another vendor, this company decides to send me an invoice for cancellation. They say within 5 days of pick up. It is 8/15/22 and the first pick up date is 8/23/22, which is 8 days away. Ive asked to cancel and they want to charge me 75$ and would be sending a vehicle to pick up my property anyway. I told them I woudl immedatiely report them to the BBB and the authorities will have notice before the pick up date. Do not trust this company, check and read everything, and im just lucky I didnt provide my credit card info. BE CAUTIOUS.

    Don, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your shipping agent requested for a cancellation fee due to starting working on your request already on the National Board and with drivers. As soon as we list any vehicle to check on trucks availability on any route, the National Board charges us a fee for each listing. This is the reason why the shipping agent is able to explain that and request the cancellation fee. However, it’s not mandatory to pay unless it’s already passed the 1st available day.

    I hired GetCarrier to transport my car from Maine to California. I was clear upfront that it needed to arrive by a certain date and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. After more than 8 days, they still had not found a carrier so I looked elsewhere. I found out that GetCarrier was offering an unreasonably low amount to the driver which is why they couldn't find one. Their rep Vitali sent me very aggressive messages saying I was a liar and that I violated the contract. He even threatened legal action against me. Despite not fulfilling their end of the contract, they still charged me $150. I highly recommend that you avoid this broker at all costs. They are a scam.

In the contract it’s written that Customer provides us with 5 available business days to confirm the driver. However, we understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will work on this case to prevent anything like that in future.

    shipped cross-country with no issued

    I shipped a car from Los Angeles to Buffalo. GetCarrier finds a driver and negotiated the lowest price available. The shipping happened within the 5 day window I identified. Once it was scheduled, it was an easy process of having the car picked up and delivered.
