The company has been harassing our business and attempting to get us to buy their products and services. I have made several requests (verbal and written) and they have continued harassing us. It got to the point where I filed a complaint with the FTC. I informed them of the complaint and they are still continuing to send us emails.

    Dear BBB,

We have received your notification of a complaint filed by one of our former customers, who claims that we have been harassing their business and attempting to get them to buy our products and services. We are sorry for any inconvenience or frustration that this may have caused.

We would like to clarify that we have not contacted this customer since August 2023, when we received their request to stop sending them emails. We have removed their contact information from our system and informed our marketing team to not email them anymore. We have also respected their decision to file a complaint with the FTC and have not attempted to persuade them otherwise.

We are not sure why they are saying that we are still continuing to send them emails, as we have no record of any communication with them after August 2023. We suspect that there may be some misunderstanding or confusion on their part, or that they may have received some emails from other sources that are not related to us.

We value our reputation and integrity as a business, and we do not engage in any unethical or illegal practices. We always comply with the laws and regulations that govern our industry, and we respect the rights and preferences of our customers.

We hope that this explanation will help you resolve this complaint and clear any doubts or concerns that you may have. If you have any further questions or need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Sincerely,

    Cetrix Inc
