    Hello First I want to admit some of this is my fault. Computer issues Jan 16, 2024. Called what I thought was HP Computer service and did not question if Frank Systems was part of HP. Spent several hours on the phone with ***** (technical service) and the problem was sort of fixed. The computer crashed the next day, so I no longer have it or their program. No, I am not saying Frank Systems caused the crash, but I can't say they didn't either. Frank Systems cashed a $199.99 check through my bank Jan. 18, 2024. Their policy stated a refund would be issued provided it was cancelled within 7 days of purchase. The first phone call for cancellation and refund was Jan 22, 2024. Have called this company almost every week since then. I agreed on the first call that $50 for ***** service was fair. Last week I was informed that this was closed and a check issued. Today Apr 17, 2024 I was informed there will be no refund as I have used their product. No, I did not use the product as the computer crashed the next day. Also, if they have an accounting department, I have never gotten to speak to them. Seems like every time I call I talk to a different person. I honestly believe this company is not legitimate and should be investigated. Thank you
