    2 days ago I tried to withdraw money through Venmo and I have received nothing. It was $20 and I want my money back. I spent a long time on those surveys and I got no money. Please let me know ASAP where my money went and when I will be getting it back. If I don’t hear from you I will make complaints on ever forum that I can to show that this is a SCAM!

    I signed up for a Cash because they advertise that I could do surveys and get paid immediately through Venmo and there was a three step process of signup complete a survey get paid. The website also indicated in the FAQ section that you would get paid up upon completing the survey. I completed a few surveys and earned enough to meet their minimum withdrawal threshold. I tried to withdraw the money and I was told I have to wait until February 7 to because their client had put my account on hold. They also told me that I could not deuce any more surveys until their client had determined I was a real person and that my answers were satisfactory to them. to tell you, their customer service is absolutely horrendous and does not answer any question, refuses to give me to a supervisor or take any steps to unblock my account. I put in the time did the surveys and was given the money as a credit to my account and they are refusing to pay it out.. it seems like this company has violated general business law 349 and 350 with a deceptive advertising
