    On 07/25 I downloaded an app named "Find my kid". The charge was $68.79. After using the app for a few hours I realized it wasn't really what I was looking for and proceeded to cancel it. Before canceling, it offered me 50% off to keep it, which I opted in for, expecting a refund of half of what I had already paid. INSTEAD it charged me AGAIN for the following year, extending the subscription until 2027. Now I REALLY do not want the app at ALL. I contacted customer service and was helped by what I assume was a bot based on the responses. It's taken me an entire day to reach someone who can cancel this subscription and issue a refund. The last bot (or person with limited vocabulary) claims to have submitted a refund request and told me to wait 10 business days for a response. This is unacceptable. I would like this canceled NOW and my money refunded, both the $68.79 and $34.39.
