    The business offered to supply heating devices that are capable of mining bitcoin. Order was placed on 10 April 2023, delivery was promised later in the year. Delivery never occurred, there have been minimal updates since then, and no delivery date is yet to be confirmed. The company have clearly lied about the readiness of the product for market and its availability. They have essentially had an interest free loan from me for the past 18 months. I want the company to refund me as there is no sign that the product will be delivered, and want interest paid on the funds that they have sat on since 10 April 2023.

    We bought two heaters from this company two years ago. Our complaints are as follows:

    - Due to lacking CE-rating its not legal to sell or use in the EU or EØS.
    - SMS service for registering accounts doesnt work in our country, making the product unusable.
    - In order to use the product they need to be connected to wifi, which doesnt work.
    - Customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to refund or honor warranty.
