    terrible customer service doesnt answer phone calls doesnt open when sated times voice mail box full multip[le contradictions to accounts same stuff repoerted for over 5 months but yet suppse to have ceratin time frame to fix a totoal loack of commitment and responsibility

    We have all the details with all the thing that we removed that we can prove. He expect to get a better score but he keeps adding negative marks on his report. Obviously that won't help. No communication? Emails sens, text sent, access to a portal with full visibility and We have Messages with with on that portal. Phone call is not the only way to contact us and if we have high volume yes you have to wait on the line, we do not have a Voicemail we have a queue you probably calling the incorrect phone number.

    Good morning, Client started with us to fix his credit. On the consultation called with explained the process and documents we needed from him to be able to see his score and send disputes. (We have the recording conversation). The he never submitted anything after few follow ups via our portal. We then tried to follow up by text to once again tell him we were waiting for him to upload information and then he wanted to cancel which we did immediately. After this the clients decided to disrespect us.

    We can provide evidence of full conversations and follow ups and contracts with the clients.

    Just signed up and within 30 seconds noticed it was a horrible choice!! Called to cancel ASAP and sent multiple emails and also got lies and the run around. The POC/ account managers they list are totally fake!!

    We don't have any calls from him to our public customer service. He submitted all his information on our portal including ID, Proof of address and everything that we can upload here with evidence. He personally stated to our sales representative that the reason why he wanted to cancel is because we were asking for few steps from him to get the results he was looking for and he said it was to much of a work for him and we immediately canceled his membership the same day and refund him. Why does that look bad or make us bad? He wanted to work on his credit but he does want to follow the experts to get the job done during the onboarding process which takes 5 minutes. We have all the evidence if needed.

    I signed up with this company and they created an account with smart credit monitoring company on my behalf and they couldn’t sign into the account they created and started to give me the run around for a week and when I asked them to cancel the service they didn’t even responsd

    We do not create account on any monitoring app for nobody. We ask them to submit any credentials for their current monitoring application so we can see the details and go from there. We do recommend few monitoring apps like SmartCredit but its their choice to use that if they want or if they don't have one. There is no way we can create an account for her because they ask for security questions that we don't know so that's not true. You must go with evidence to make a statement like that.

    After few follow ups from our team trying to make her understand that she had a problem with her credentials and trying to help her out she got mad. There is nothing wrong with trying to do a customer service the right way and that issue has nothing to do with u, it was with her monitoring application. All she had to do was contact them directly since we do not work for SmartCredit nor have access to it.

    We never ran for any refund because we refunded as soon as we couldn't help her out anymore. Again we have evidence to prove it. You can just says something without evidence to back up the right story behind. She just use this platform to say something about it but evidence is there and we have nothing to hide.
