    I agreed to pay $200 installments forn12 months with a $1000 down payment. Installments for the company to prove they will deliver website as promised. They never completed the directory with a location filter as agreed upon. Recording and Questionnaire that proves a directory by location was an essential part of the website. 5 months has passed. I continue to pay on-time $200/month with no completion of the directory just excuses after excuses as to why directory not completed. I pay even more money to complete directory $150. Still no directory by location. I have no been able to use the website as attended due to the main part of the website not being completed as agreed upon. The company has recording that states they will give me a directory "better than Craigslist" meaning Craigslist is by location directory. Also in my Questionaite I requested Global Map as main priority & company ROOAH and I agreed on a directory by location instead, yet 5 months going on 6 months with no directory by location and now ROOAH is telling me to pay all upfront without completion of directory, which was NOT as agreed. They keep the recording and the questionnaire, but I repeatedly mentioned the directory and by location since the 1st recording and the 2nd recording conversation with them as well as the questionnaire and speaking with the seller. The seller told me I could have what I requested for the price agreed and now the company is telling me to pay more for the #1 thing I need for my website and they refuse to complete as promised.

    Our Response:
    ****** ****** (customer) engaged ROOAH! to develop a website for Cosplay Heroes International. The customer chose a payment plan rather than a lumpsum payment. The payment plan selected was the “SimplePlan Ecommerce” (https://rooah.xyz/simpleplan-pricing-and-features/). The total cost of this plan is $3,200 ($800 down and $200/month for 12 months).
    - We provide our customers with complementary services such as web hosting, email services, security, support, and more at no additional cost. For Cosplay Heroes International we also included a free Social Networking feature, membership management system, Discussion forum and Directory listing feature also known as Classifieds feature via 3rd party developer module.
    - After delivering the website platform the customer gave approval. See attached.
    - We provided a final platform walk through via zoom on May 15th, 2022, where the customer provided verbal approval for work done.
    - On May 28th, 2022, the customer submitted a support ticket requesting for customization work to be done on the directory listing feature.
    - We informed the customer that we do not provide customization to 3rd party software modules.
    - We provided the customer with contact information for the 3rd party development company Strategy11 LLC (Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin (AWPCP) https://awpcp.com/) to obtain customization assistance.
    - The customer worked with the 3rd party development company and purchased an upgrade to the directory listing module that provides the customization the customer desired.
    - We agreed to install the 3rd party directory listing module upgrade and reminded the customer that we do not provide customization or support for the 3rd party software.
    - The customer responded on 7/2/2022 requesting for cancellation.
    - We provided the customer with the amount of the balance due for the work delivered, along with instructions on how to receive the platform files, and domain name after final payment is made.
    - On 7/29/2022 the customer requested cancellation to be stopped and submitted a new ticket requesting installation of the 3rd party directory listing module upgrade.
    - We agreed to install the 3rd party directory listing module upgrade pending the customers acknowledgement that we do not provide customization or support for the 3rd party software.
    - The customer never provided the acknowledgement. On 8/4/2022, the customer cancelled the Payment Plan serviced via PayPal. See attached.

    Resolution:
    Since the customer has cancelled the payment plan, once the invoice for the balance owed ($1600) is paid, we will install the 3rd party directory listing module upgrade and provide customer with all platform files and domain name.

    I requested cancelation IF the directory was not going to be created with the location filters. IF ROOAH was willing to create the directory with the location filters which COMPLETES the website,but 5 months later and the directory by location is still not being completed even after additional payments. In response, I was told to pay all cash upfront, and I told them that I'm not going to give them all cash since the website was NOT finished as agreed upon. I was told I would get the directory by location a directory "better than Craigslist" yet I still have NOT received this and it is the #1 most important part of the website. Not only that but I have now discovered that the Contact for the website does not go to the business email they assigned me so for 5 months no one has been contacting me because ROOAH has failed to properly connect the business email to the contact on the website. This company FAILED to deliver what it promised to deliver me and continues to not give me a directory by filtered location as requested for over FIVE MONTHS NOW. It is why I want to cancel.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    The development of the website plan the customer requested and selected SimplePlan Ecommerce (see here: https://rooah.xyz/simpleplan-pricing-and-features/) has been completed and delivered. The client has been utilizing their platform and hosting services. The customer owes a balance for work delivered (See our last response).
    The add-on feature that the customer is demanding for us to incorporate into the platform was never agreed on.
    The customer purchased a 3rd party software add-on feature which is what is being demanded that we install for free.

    We have offered to install this 3rd party software add-on, however the customer has not fulfilled the following requirements:
    1. Acknowledge that ROOAH! does not support this 3rd party software add-on. This is a requirement which gives us authorization to install.
    2. The customer's account is now delinquent. The customer needs to pay the outstanding bill for the original project completed.
