    I had fraud on my business account in January of this year. The bank blocked it and changed my debit card. I had never had this happen so I reviewed my business account statements to see if anything else had happened. I was unfortunately right. Digital Peaceful begin debiting my account for $79.95 from June of 2022 and only stopped because I changed the card in January. I should mention they used other names but the amount was the same each month (My Angel Yoga Store, Get Your CB Select, Conquering Digital, Hot Digital Exchange, and Firm Muscle Digital). My bank was able to get back some of the money but not all. I called them after that and they said I entered a raffle to win gym classes. I told them I was not familiar with their company, and they were not authorized to debit my account. In addition, it is a business account and I would never use it for that. They said I waited too long to get a refund and said they would only refund one charge. I was angry. They still refused to refund the remaining $239.85 due to me. I told the clerk I would report them to the FTC and she just said go ahead. I tried to work with a consumer group to get my money back but they were not able to. So, I reported them to the FTC on 3/29/23. Sorry my statement was too big to upload.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced and ensure that important matters like this are dealt with appropriately.

    We highly apologize that you may have misunderstood the offer. We would be happy to clarify any misunderstanding with your purchase. You signed up for a 5-day Trial of the Fitness App for $5.00 on 06/07/2022. With your purchase, you have earned an entry to the sweepstakes offer for our brand-new electronics and appliances (Tool Kits, Kitchen Appliances, Gift Cards, iPad, iPhones, and TVs). This does not mean you have won the products. 

    On 06/12/2022, your 5-day trial for our Fitness App expired. Thus, we have billed you $79.95, and since we have yet to receive any cancellation request from you, you were enrolled in the sweepstakes and charged &79.95 for the monthly fee. Finally, on 02/10/2023, we received your call, and one of our customer service representatives canceled your account.

    With this misunderstanding, we went ahead and issued a refund of $239.85 via a money order. Rest assured, the account is canceled, and you won't receive any further charges.

    P.S. It is not accurate that I signed up on their app.  I don't know their company and do not use my business account for a service like that.  They obtained access to my account illegally and it is the LEAST they could do to refund my money after my bank, myself and the BBB demanded it. 

    Companies like Peaceful Digital (or other fake names) should never be allowed to be in business.  If and when I receive the refund, I will consider this case resolved.
