      I bought a sectional coach andBed room suit.Both items were on sale and I was told there is nothing wrong with either piece. The sectional was returned because its not a free standing. I said "good I can't do do that"First it go is a freestanding because of the recliner I can crow behind it. But that not the the reason for this. The furniture was delivered November 22,2022. When the gentleman was putting things I noticed that the long dresser had a big catch under the dresser. the young man said "no-one will see it". a nick on the tall dresser was there bigger than a quarter. The sectional has a piece of the material scrapped off of the one corner.I called and told the sales person I needed another seat, I'd be down tomorrow morning. That day I showed them pictures of the sectional and bed room suit.They said there was no remark from the deliver person. Buy December3 ,Where one would Sit on the recliner there a hole material ripped apart, the other were fraying even on the bottom edge.My granddaughter was here the store took pictures.Someone was at the house from 11/22/22-12/4/22, 1/14/23-1/1823 I heard nothing from the store I went down and talked to a manager, She said she never saw anything like this before asured me she would tell the owner. Called and said the owner contaCTED Flex Steel that the co. for the sectional.April 10,2023 I called again talked to the manager they will patch the sectional Flexsteel won't do anything. I wroth bbb before but it didn't go throw now here I am Please help me or guid me what to do. Thankyou

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Yes they did call me and said it would cost $150.00 to have them patch my sectional they believe it was done by a dog.  I have a sofa I bought from them 3 or 4 years ago it still in excellent shape , I hVE A SOFA IN Pa.thats 30 years old no rips and a couch in the family which they are on everyday it about 10 or MORE years my dogs are 2 at age 3 and one at age10.  If you wish I will be more than glad to send pictures.  Last month they had the same sectional out on clearance.in their tent sale. They still haven’t tried to make any attempt to fix my beed room set either.today is 6/26/2023 @11:11AM.  Thank you

      Dear to whom it may concern, 

      We did offer a fix to the fabric issue on the sectional.  The cost to the customer would have been $150.  The Sectional in question was purchased at a clearance price and does not include any warranty.  As far as the Bedroom Service.  Please have customer contact our Service department directly at 302-725-5232.
