I put my truck in the garage for a transmittion problem with dropping gears. I mention noises symptoms ect im then threatened it may not be covered under warranty, they find a vacuum leak but dont address saftey issues. They release the truck to me fixed and stating they cant find any probs, now it sits in smyrna they found an alternator prob. 1300 dollars. The batt and alternator is the first thing addressed in trans probs as they both effect trans prob and are the easiest direct components before opening a trans or test shift control electronics. Theyre so stuck on profits they risk lives of others and customers. The garage machanic just told me ive never mentioned any of the whining noises to them and have told me several times they have never heard any noises ive mentioned until smyrna dealer and them offering to fix my alternator for 1300 dollars. DODGE IS TRASH THATS WHY CHRYSTLER BOUGHT THEM. THEY ALLOW PPL TO NOT ONLY PUT THEMSELVES IN HARMS WAY BUT EVERY OTHER PERSON ON AND ALONG ROUTE OF TRAVEL.
