      On 1/22/24, I began a Dog Training Masterclass with K9TI. The cost was $297 which could be paid over 3 monthly installments. I chose the installments and payments were taken from my debit card on 1/22/24, 2/20/24, and 3/22/24 ($99 each). There was also a 90-day money back guarantee. The course wasn't helping me with the problem I was having with my dog so on 4/1/24, I contacted K9TI through an online form and requested my masterclass be cancelled and I requested a refund. Either later that day or the next day, I got a response from K9TI that they were processing my refund. On 4/4/24 I checked my debit card transaction history and there were 6 transactions of $99 from K9TI on 4/2/24, the first 3 of these were debits/charges, and the last 3 were credits/refunds. The balance on my debit card after these 6 transactions was the same as it was before those 6 transactions - no change in my debit card balance. I have tried to contact K9TI that I still have not received my refund but they tell me I have. I can't seem to get them to understand that the only thing that was "refunded" was 3 unauthorized charges K9TI made on my debit card on 4/2/24. The proof of refunds they provided me on 4/4/24 claims to show 3 refund payments of $99 each but the dates coincide with the dates for which my original payments were made - 1/22/24, 2/20-21/24 & 3/22/24. I requested cancellation/refund on 4/1/24 but there are no dates on their "proof" on or after 4/1/24.

      Dear sir/ma’am,I had requested assistance from the BBB (Complaint ID: 21546286) concerning a refund issue I was having with the K9 Training Institute. I just wanted to let you know (sorry I didn’t see another to let you know) that I just checked my debit card balance today and the unauthorized charges to K9TI have been removed (K9TI seemed to have stopped communicating with me but I just happened to check my balance today). Anyway, since the unauthorized transactions have been removed, now I have received my refund and I consider this matter resolved. Thank you very much for your assistance; I’m sure I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere without it.Thank you,

      Nov 2023 and Jan 11 2024 the company build me for $99 out of my debit card. I've tried calling a requesting a refund because I didn't get the service and cannot get a hold of these people. They have a 90 day guarantee on this dog training which I never received to begin with. So now I'm just warning other customers that it's a scam I would like my money back, but can't reach this company.
