    I purchased the counter stool for $625.00 from Interior Tonic on 7/19/23 after exchanging emails with the vendor about how I was nervous about not seeing the stool in person. They confirmed I could order one and return if I’m not satisfied. I received the stool on 7/28/23 and was very disappointed by the quality/materials used. I emailed the vendor on 7/29/23 and said I was dissatisfied and asked how I could return the stool. The vendor did not respond. I emailed again on 8/1/23 saying I was following up to see how I could return the stool. After not hearing back I started a new email chain on 8/6/23 asking why no one has responded to my email about the return. The vendor responded asking if the item was in returnable condition to which I responded that it was. After no response to that email, I followed up again on 8/10/23 and 8/15/23. Again, no response from the vendor. On 8/17/23 I started yet another email chain asking for a response and return label to which there was no response from the vendor. I need the vendor to issue my Fedex return label (as promised) and to refund me once they receive the stool.

    An order was made for a $2750 bathroom vanity in an off-the-shelf purchase in November at Interiortonic.com. I was told shipping would be be 6wks and paid their invoice via bank wire. 6wks has now turned into 4mths, and a ton of emails. They are generally unresponsive, but email occasionally without confirming a ship date. It became apparent this item would never ship so I asked for a refund, which they finally agreed to a refund 1mth ago, after noting they will sell the unit to someone. else. No refund has been received, nor any proof of wire payment sent. I believe this company is fraudulent - it became evident they are just a Chinese manufacturer masquerading as a US e-commerce site. Basic research online showed me they have done this many times.

    Please help me recover my $2750.
