      Travellergram (Travellergram.com) is a Fraud Website. What they do is you make a reservation with them to go for example to Vegas, they charge your credit card and use another third party company to make the actual reservation with the hotel and confirm to you that the reservation is in place, even if you call the hotel, they will confirm your reservation and then, like a month later, Travellergram (travellergram.com/) will cancel the reservation so they get their money back and they won’t tell you, so, they steal you money and they don’t have any phone number or anything to call them, only an email address and they never answer any emails. Total Scam. I am talking from Personnal Experience with them. STAY AWAY!!

      Their customer service is simply the best. I reserved a room with an ocean view, but upon check-in, the hotel manager tried to stick me in a room with a view of the building, insisting that I'd see the ocean in the morning. I reached out to Travellergram, expecting a fight to get the ocean view I paid for, but they surprised me by asking for a photo and quickly agreeing that I was in the wrong room. Of course, the next morning came and went, and I never saw the ocean. When I asked for a refund, the manager – a rude and belligerent woman – told me it was impossible. Thankfully, after some back-and-forth negotiations, Travellergram convinced her to give me my money back. I was so grateful to have them on my side, especially since the manager was impossible to deal with. As it turned out, not a single window in the whole hotel faced the ocean – the building was completely sideways! I booked another hotel through travellergram but with a real ocean view. Thanks to Travellergram for coming through and providing the best service possible!

      I have booked several times through this website as one of the few sites that offer discounted hotels. Everything went smoothly, and I would personally recommend Travellergram.

      SCAM WEBSITE. I own a small hotel. This company steals our images and creates a website advertising our services as if they own it or are partners with us, which they are not. I would NEVER advise guests attempt to book using Travellergram because you will probably never get your money back.
