    My property manager used this company for 7 years until I returned as the sole occupant.

    From the Occupant perspective - Unless you're a property manager or realtor, you will have to consistently ping this contractor to respond to work requests...Even then, don't hold your breath.

    From a Landlord perspective - Going to just name a few...Based on the home I came back to, this contractor only does the work that ensures a rental is technically livable. ie- I had roof problems while I was overseas, a patch job was done and the roof wasn't identified as being totally bad until I returned. Had to replace. - The back porch was deemed a hazard and there were very minor fixes to make it technically a non-hazard. - The Fence on the yard failed and it was poorly band-aided. Had to replace.....

    This contractor is very knowledgeable & experienced in their crafts but the perception is that I have is they do not apply with every job.

    Do not work for these liers they still owe me 1,217 dollors lied to me over and over I have the texts and emails if you want to see them reply here told me I needed to do a total different work order before I could get the pay from the Previous work order all they do is lie over and over you have to fight just to get the money you are owed now they won't take my calls or emails THEY STILL OWE ME 1,217 DOLLARS THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE DO NOT WORK FOR THESE LIERS
