Someone with a 1999 Toyota Solaris has been using my transponder. I don't know who they are and I only have one transponder which resides in my car. I called and they quickly removed the vehicle but can't refund my money and take my account out of a negative status. The charge is only $24 and negative is $6 but why should i pay when this is FRAUD. They claim money goes to the state and they didn't have a contact for me to request a refund. Spoke to a rude manager named Ken and he was not help at all. He said my account would stay in a negative until I paid the balance. Even more weird, my credit card was set to auto replenish so not sure why account would go into a negative balance. They had no answer for this. EZ company is a SCAM and had 54 people in the que. I waited about 45 minutes. This alone tell you that something weird is going on with this company. Can someone give him information on the company that receive the funds from EZ DE. How can we start a class action lawsuit against EZ Delaware?

I have been sent a toll violation from Delaware EZ pass. After a two week long cross country road trip where I paid every single toll. I have been hit with a violation of a toll in Delaware. I appealed saying it was a system error as I paid all tolls, many in cash because they were costs as low as a dollar. They originally were requesting I pay $81 for a $1 dollar toll. After rejecting my appeal saying “you have not provided us with sufficient evidence” the toll was reduced to $51. Despite rejecting it they reduced the cost, this is a scam to get money to the state. I have seen many articles about Delaware specifically scamming its drivers. Violation number 0013444273-1, violation happened 7/15/22. This is the only state/toll to say I did not pay from my drive from Washington to Delaware and back.

We received a toll in Delaware. We have never been there, we live in Fl. I have the tag in my garage & it is expired. I let the Fl. DMV know. I also let my insurance know. I contacted Dept. of Delaware, appealing my toll. They insist it be paid. If they can get away with this, what is to stop them from continuing to bill me for more tolls. Please help me.

I received a bill in the mail this week for a toll violation that occurred in December. First bill to my address (3 months later). I have an ez pass. After a month of going back and forth with EZ pass agents, one person finally was able to investigate and find out what happened. My transponder was not working properly even though there was money on it. Now EZ pass took it upon themselves to report me to collections even though this was an error on their part (and I have all the emails, receipts to prove it). I received two bills from "Delaware Department of Transportation." There is no way to appeal this without an ezpass from Delaware. This is why I am coming to you since you forwarded my information to the agency. 0013837732-1 - Please waive extra charges so that I am only paying the toll of $4. 0013863835-1 - Please waive extra charges so that I am only paying the toll of $4 Please let me know if you need further proof of documents (ie my account standing, etc)

My New Jersey EZ Pass transponder failed a few months ago. I was unaware of that problem, as I was using the fast "no cash" lanes. I started getting toll violations. After a while I tested the transponder by using a "cash only" lane. Sure enough, the EZPass detector did not pick up my transponder. So I went to the EZPass office in Dover, paid all missing tolls and followed their advice to return the NJ transponder to NJ. So, I returned that transponder to NJ and got a Maryland one instead. I wrote several letters to the Maryland EZPass and to the NJ EZPass. They never responded. I paid all missing tolls but I refused to pay the penalties, totaling now $800, plus the money left on the NJ transponder amounting to $55, and Priority Mail postage for 5 letters at $8.70 each = $28.50. That's a total of $883.50. They denied my appels for lack of evidence. The fact is that THEY have the evidence, the defective transponder but refuse to acknowledge that, even though I have a proof of delivery of that returned transponder. Note that the file is about 1/2" thick. Do you want a copy of it? I would appreciate my record being cleared and being reimbursed for the money left on the NJ transponder, plus the mailing costs. Thanx in advance.
