    Date of Transaction: April 22, 2025 Amount of Transaction: 76.68USD INTL VISA DEB RETAIL PURCHASE TRANSLATESWIFT I've placed an order of translation of a driving license and another one document. Before paid them money, I've sent many emails to confirm with this agent (*****), please check the supporting documents. He guaranteed that all is meeting my requirements. Now he and other staff (****) both are denied and did not admit this, they try to dispute and claim it is customer's problem. The translated documents are invalid for use because it was not signed by the translator and does not have a company stamp on them. So, the drive test center would not accept it, then caused me to be unable to attend my test on time. There won't be a single translation company in the world to provide customer such translating paper without an official stamp and signature. I am strongly requesting refund my money! They have been waisting a lot of my time, and caused me to lose the appointment of test. It is not fair and legal what they have done to the client. It is fair to give back my money no matter what amount it is. There is no any value give them my money to them for this bad experience and unprofessional service! Please help me refund my money. Thank you

    am writing to formally complain about the handling of my order JAPENG19981. I would like to provide a clear account of the events: 1. Order Placement: I placed my order and immediately realized my mistake. Within just 4 minutes, I contacted your company via email requesting the cancellation of the order. 2. Lack of Response: Despite my clear and urgent request, there was no reply for over 1 hour. I followed up three more times with emails at 1:58 PM, 2:06 PM, and 2:21 PM requesting the cancellation. 3. Action Taken by Your Company: At 2:26 PM, after I had repeatedly requested cancellation, I received a draft. This was only after I mentioned that I hadn’t received the initial draft. 4. Inconsistent Communication: At 8:00 PM, I was sent another draft and was told that no refund could be issued because the work was already started. This was after I had already cancelled the order promptly and before the work had progressed significantly. 5. Failure to Address My Request: Even after making my cancellation request within minutes of placing the order, I was informed that a refund would not be possible, which contradicts the standard procedures and customer service expectations. Based on the above, I believe the response from your company has been unfair, and I strongly request a full refund as my cancellation was immediate, and no significant work was completed at the time. Please address this issue urgently and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
