I wish I could give no stars! was in need of some assistance while I was out of town with an electrical issue and little did I know letting them know was a mistake. My niece was at home and had informed me that the AC had short circuited. I reached out and their service lists $85 for a visit. I thought maybe it would be a little more since it's on the weekend but when they scheduled they mentioned nothing. We repaired the AC prior to the arrival but still had the technician troubleshoot. He was there for less than 30 mins and my niece was informed I would be sent the bill. That was all and then I received a bill for $385, claiming a complex problem. I reached out thinking surely this was a mistake but apparently it was not. I was upset and wanted explanations and after a few back and forth was informed that normally for complex cases they add a large charge but they did not feel that was needed in this case after all. I told them I felt it was shady as had I not mentioned it they would've been happy to take that from me. My adjusted bill was still $225 and they cited an emergency visit and stated it was my fault for not getting the pricing up front. They tried to tell me it wasn't shady after I had paid them and asked them not to contact me anymore. My final response was to leave me alone as I wanted nothing more to do with the company and their response was a passive aggressive comment about staying cool with an emoji. Super unprofessional and pricing is shady, I would rather pay the diagnostic fees again then give them another undeserved dime!

If necessary I can provide the text messages of this customer asking for weekend service and she was told that we do not do weekend work. She never asked for a price but would have been given one if asked. The technician on the job performed the requested work and gave a bill for a standard rate for the work performed. After her complaint. I adjusted the bill to a lower rate for one hour of service. I don't believe there is another electrical company in the state that charges less than $225 per hour on a weekend /emergency call. As of yet, she has not paid the bill. In my opinion, this is a customer launching a social media attack to get out of paying a bill. We have had the same reviews left on Google and Facebook.
