      Do not do business with this establishment. My builder gave me no option but Shore Appliance show kitchen appliances. Both refrigerator and dishwasher were installed with dented doors They replaced the refrigerator door. Within 2 months it started leaking and then stopped working. Technician came and unplugged it. When the repair part came in, the tech came back with an arrogant, snarky attitude and mumbled under his breathe. Tried to call the office but nobody answers. From other reviews, this is a scratch and dent at full price establishment with part changers, not service techs. I only wish I had read the others reviews first. This company is horrible I believe the tech told my husband that the refrigerator issue is a factory error . A reputable company would offer to replace, but not this one. I fully expect this refrigerator to fail again within 2 weeks but I will purchase from Home Depot.

      we are so very sorry that you are having an issue with your new appliances. Please note that the unit was delivered on 6/12/2023 and no damage was noted by the delivery crew. We will be happy to provide the delivery photographs from the delivery. The damaged was not reported until 6/19/2023 when it was called in and we gladly ordered and replaced the right hand refrigerator door at no charge to you or the builder even though you can clearly see the damage was cause due to someone opening the door into the upper cabinet door pull located directly to the right of the refrigerator. The tech showed this to the builder by opening the cabinet door and opening the refrigerator door and clearly the door pull is what caused the damage to the refrigerator door. This doesnt make it a scratch and dent unit. As to the most resent service call that was placed on 8/3/2023 the control board failed which is covered under the manufactures warranty. The technician came out and diagnosed the unit and found the board to be faulty and ordered the part and replaced the part. Please note as covered in your manufactures warranty supplied with the unit that the repair or replacement of the unit is at the sole discretion of the manufacture and the dealer can not change the manufactures warranty. The dealer does not have the authority to replace the unit with out the authorization of the manufacture.
