    In March 2024, I contracted Edward Sanders of ES Construction, LLC to do some work under my house. He charged me $6800 to replace 15 boards, get rid of & protect against mold, install blue light, install insulation, remove roots from foundation, install crawlspace door and line ground with plastic. January 2025 I contacted him again because my pipes froze under my house. I called a company to check my pipes and upon inspection, I found out he never did the complete work. All he did was replace a few boards AND NOTHING ELSE, but sent me pictures of a completed service I'm assuming from a previous job. Because underneath my house DID NOT look like the pictures. Per texting conversation, he told me he would make it right by coming back & completing the service I paid him for. Access to under my house has been left open to the elements and animals.
    After multiple attempts and him not showing up, I am now suing him and writing this review. I feel like he took advantage of me being a woman because he knew there was no way I was gonna go under my house to inspect the work. I was totally taken advantage of!
