I had a quartz countertop installed. First it was the incorrect color. I had first picked this color out then I went to store and changed color. My paperwork stated the incorrect color I asked them to correct it and give me another receipt. I was told it was correct in computer and didn't matter. They already had countertop off my cabinets so I decided to just go ahead. When they were completed installing countertops the new countertops barely touched my cabinets. When looking under the countertops from in my kitchen I could see my front door they told me I would need to put trim under there. This countertop is very heavy. They said they do not level existing cabinets they only install countertops. I chose this company due to BBB rating. My warranty also states if this cracks or breaks they will only repair countertop not replace. I have been told if countertop is not level it may crack or brake by other installers. They did put shims on some places and caulked it and so far it has been fine but its only been 1 month and this is a vacation home not being used much in the last month since installation. I have never had counters installed and was counting on professionals. Check out several installers and read warranty closely before deciding. I wish I would have checked out a few more.

This job was completed in January and were receiving a complaint for it in march. Everything was discussed and agreed upon with the customer the day of installation. We were paid and our installation checklist fully filled out by the customer with satisfaction.

There was back and forth between 2 colors by the customer. Her final selection was confirmed in person and through email when the invoice and contract was signed. Were all about leaving a written trace for all changes due to this reason. We would never change and entire order and simply say its done without new paperwork signed. Let be real, if a wrong color comes to your door, you done just go ahead with it.

Regarding cabinet leveling, that's correct, we do not level your cabinets that are over 20 years old. Our job is to install and level your new countertops. the only way to do this is to raise the parts that are lower from the rest by shimming it up. these should be covered with trim after. If the "cabinets were to be leveled" the same scenario would have to be done to the cabinets, lower parts come higher by raising it and trim to cover the method used to raise it.
Another option was to reschedule installation to have a carpenter level the cabinets, which was not accepted and assumed it was our responsibility.

Our installation methods, warranty standards and communication are well above industry standards. We stand behind our work and do what is necessary to make it right by any customer we have the opportunity to work with.
