  Excellent workmanship, polite, hard working all day for 5 days. We highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for future projects. They showed up on time, were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to work with. The office staff was very helpful, as well.. Thank you, Sequoia, for a wonderful experience!

  Great company to do business with. I have used Sequoia for service on our irrigation system for the last 3 years. They were the contractor the previous homeowner used so I continued the relationship. This winter I had them do a small but complicated modification of our existing hardscape. I found everyone courteous and helpful from start to finish. The crew came in as scheduled and worked hard with no delays and the cleanup was excellent. Given the degree of difficulty the price was reasonable, and they were very accommodating providing samples and with several changes made after the contract was signed.

  Disappointed in customer service. They initially did a great landscape plan that included a patio and walkway with shrub planting with mulching at a very significant cost. It required a lot of work and city planning meetings to accomplish. They did an fall cleanup in 2022 for $270 in November (which I thought was excessive but willing do given our relationship). I contacted them again this year and was told it was now $420 for the same service. When I asked why, the significant increase, I was told "because you only did a spring cleanup last year" which makes no sense. I did not have a spring cleanup at all last year. It seems obvious that they no longer want or need my business despite our prior service agreements.

  This information is incorrect. The response given to you as to why the fall clean up this year (2023) was more is because you did not do a spring clean up with us again this year (2023) so there will be more to do come fall. Last year (2022) you did do a spring clean up so when fall (2022) came around, there was less to be done as it was maintained in the spring. All of our clients are important to us and we value your business, but estimates are based on the condition of the property and how it is maintained during the year.
