      In May 2021, I engaged A-1 Masonary ( ***** ******) to install hard scape including pavers, concrete, outside shower, trash can holder. Also driveway widening and porch steps replacements (2) and patio replacement. Job was projected to take approximately 3 weeks. This stretched out over 10 months with the work never being finally completed and ****** although promising to return, never showed up after being paid. Excuses included equipment breakdowns, lack of workers, family illnesses, flat tires, family emergencies and conflicts in schedule. . Mr. ****** routinely made promises to show but skipped days and even weeks and repeatedly failed to show without a call. His work was never completed! Polymer not finished, gaps around stone work neither completed nor sealed, loose and falling stones, shower drain not working properly, downspout drain extenders he installed were not fixed. He worked on a job for a neighbor and kept assuring me he would return to finish our job. Apparently, he never returned to that job to finish, either. Calling him has now resulted in no return contact what so ever.
